1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and MindMix (operated by Hardik Vishalpura, "Developer") governing your use of the Pic Puzzle Game mobile application ("App"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. Licence to Use
Subject to these Terms, the Developer grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to:
- Download and install the App on Android devices you personally own or control
- Use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes
This licence does not include the right to sublicense, distribute, sell, modify, or create derivative works of the App.
3. Intellectual Property
All content in the App — including but not limited to code, graphics, images, sounds, music, user interface design, and the "Pic Puzzle Game" trademark — is owned by or licensed to MindMix and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not:
- Copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the App
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Remove or alter any copyright or trademark notices
- Use the App's branding or assets for commercial purposes
4. User-Provided Content
The App allows you to upload photos from your device gallery to create custom puzzles. By doing so, you confirm:
- You own the copyright to the images you upload, or have permission to use them
- The images do not contain illegal, harmful, defamatory, or infringing content
- You grant no rights to MindMix over your uploaded images — they remain local to your device
5. Advertisements
The App is free and supported by advertisements served via Google AdMob. By using the App, you consent to the display of these advertisements. Rewarded video ads are optional and provide in-game benefits (e.g., hint unlocks) in exchange for viewing.
6. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App in any way that:
- Violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- Attempts to gain unauthorised access to the App's systems
- Uses automated scripts, bots, or hacks to manipulate gameplay or scores
- Interferes with the App's normal operation
- Uploads images containing illegal or harmful content
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The Developer makes no warranty that:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Defects will be corrected
- The App is free of viruses or other harmful components
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindMix and Hardik Vishalpura shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Changes to the App and Terms
The Developer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any feature thereof) at any time without notice. These Terms may also be updated periodically. Continued use of the App following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat, India.
